Lots of work on scenes, animations, and dialog.
The cutscenes are no longer built in Openshot and just included, they are entirely built in-game, and shipped as videos just for space reasons.
Highlights of this build - new video, new hero, bugfixes, you can now build the end-game unit. Some audio and foley fixes, such as animation sync'd sound effects. Oh, and of course the Heli works "properly now". A number of bugfixes and small UI fixes.
